Another sad announcement - Michelle Bradley

The Five Towns Quiz League is sad to have to announce that we have lost yet another of our own.  So soon after FTQL stalwart Martin Saul, longstanding member Michelle Bradley has passed away last evening 22 June after extended illness over a few years.

Her most recent team Captain and Chair of the League Debby Aspland has offered to write a short piece about Michelle and it appears on this link now..

GUEST PRESENTER ON FINALS' NIGHT

We are pleased to able to announce that on Finals' Night on Monday 21 May at the George V WMC in Glasshoughton, we will be joined to present our trophies for the season by Mr Jonny Mitchell, (now recently former, moved on) Headteacher at Thornhill Community Academy, Dewsbury and star of the popular hit and award winning show Educating Yorkshire.

This has been kindly facilitated by Michael Steer of Olde Taverners, also a star of that same show and who will actually be Questionmaster for the two finals on the night and for this we are grateful to you Michael.
